How much does wash & fold cost?
Our Wash and Fold prices start at $2 per lb. For added convenience, try our Pickup and Delivery Laundry Service, which starts at $2.55 a lb.
How do I know how much wash & fold I'm sending?
We charge per pound, so if you’re curious about how many pounds you’ll see on your receipt, weigh the laundry. You can use a regular bathroom scale or a hanging luggage scale if you have one.
What is Jet Laundromat?
Jet Laundromat is a full service laundry that provides pick up and delivery laundry, drop-off laundry, and self serve laundry for residential clients and businesses.
How long until I get my clean laundry delivered?
We offer next day service for $2.00/lbs. Need to get your laundry delivered sooner? We can approve special requests… just ask!
What forms of payment do you accept?
For residential and commercial orders, we accept credit/debit cards, checks, and/or cash.
When should I place my order?
When you place an order, you select a pick up and drop-off time. Simply select your desired pick up and drop off times and we will handle the rest!
How can I add special order instructions?
Have a special request? When you start an order using the Jet Laundromat app, you can type in your special request.
Examples of special requests:
– special detergents like hypoallergenic or unscented
– laundry instructions like washing in hot or cold water
– no dryer sheets
– air dry certain items
– hang certain clothing items
Do you have large capacity washers?
Yes, we have extra large capacity washers at all of our stores that hold up to 60-80 lbs per load (around 4-6 standard loads).
What products do you use?
The products used during the cleaning/ drying process will depend on the type of laundry given and your preferences. We offer unscented dye free and scent free detergent. If you have a specific product/brand you’d like us to use, just let us know.

We proudly serve communities across Central and Southern Indiana, including—but not limited to—Indianapolis, Bloomington, Ellettsville, and Greensburg. How do I pay for service?
Your credit card is automatically charged for service prior to delivery of your clean laundry.
Is there an order minimum?
We require a $25 minimum for all delivery orders. If your order is below $25, we will charge your payment account for $25.
Do I need to use special bags for Jet Laundromat?
Not at all! We recommend using cheap trash bags for your dirty laundry. We will return your clean laundry in a new clear plastic bag. You may also decide to use your own laundry baskets or bag.
Do I need to be home when my laundry is picked up?
You can choose to leave your laundry in a secure location such as your front or back porch. Please note that laundry left out unattended is at your own risk.
What laundry detergent do you use?
We use a specialized commercial grade soap for all delivery and drop-off orders. You can bring in your own soap/detergent or provide it with your laundry pickup.
Is our laundry washed with anyone else's?
Each order is processed separately. We never wash, dry or fold orders together.
